Rena & Ian : Cherry Blossom Love

On Rena: Dress: Mulan Barbie // On Ian: Suit: Vintage Ken

Rena and Ian share a sweet moment under the bloom of the cherry blossoms. There's just something so romantic about sakura blossoms isn't there? The above photo is available as a print in my Etsy shop.

I shot these images a few years ago when the blooms were particularly beautiful and abundant in the garden downstairs. Cherry blossom season is Rena and Ian's favorite time of year. It's one of mine as well.

I love reading posts on Rena and Ian. The cherry blossoms are a background of what you have shot? No way, they look so 3 dimensional; as if Rena and Ian are really amidst cherry blossoms.

Ah so cute!!! Ha ha Ian actually looks like an exboyfriend of mine except he had magenta hair.

I love cherry blossoms. I saw them in DC one spring and it was beautiful! I don't think I've seen any up here yet.

I thought a gumiho was a woman, but I've only seen that one story. I hope it winds up being good because I know you'd love to watch his drama. :)

Rowena, you blow me away with Rena and Ian! They look SO lifelike the way that you use your artistry to pose and fashion them ... they look like they're really gazing into each other's eyes! You always make them seem so lifelike! Hope you're having a wonderful weekend, darling ... kisses! xo ~S

Pretty pictures. They say cherry blossom is very popular in Japan and I think so too yet the 1st time I've seen a cherry blossom tree is in San Francisco. The Japanese Garden.

They're so sweet together! Their outfits are awesome! Where do you get them? And the glasses - I love the glasses. I've been shopping for eyeglasses for the past week online. I've settled on a few but it's so hard to make a decision. I think I will end up getting a couple because I'm so indecisive.

p.s. I completely agree....sometimes I equate Italy with gluttony. I have gained so much weight since living here, and no amount of exercising will get the weight off. I'm optimistic that once I return home that the change in diet will help the pounds drop off. I rarely ate cheese or pasta in N.A. and now it's a daily part of my diet here.

And thank you for your sweet comment Rowena! It's a pleasure to read your blog!
