Great selection! I LOVED The Man From Nowhere. Another favorite of mine is one that Jet Li was in, a drama called Ocean Heaven.. it is one of the most touching and tear jerking movies I've ever seen! Departures is a great Japanese film too, very touching also. I'm going to have to check out your other picks too! :3

Rowena,

This is an amazing list! I was just watching Eat Drink Man Woman again on HBO yesterday *_^ Some of my all time favourite movies are here (In The Mood For Love, Hero).

Am going to check out A Good Rain Knows and Heavenly Forest as I am a fan of romantic films >_<

Thanks for sharing.

Big hugs,
Jenn

I have heard of Eat Drink Man Woman, Hero, Chungking Express, and the Man From Nowhere but I'm not sure I've seen any of them yet. Maybe Eat Drink Man Woman but I'm terrible at remembering. I'll definitely take a look into the rest since you are very thoughtful about what you watch. Have a great weekend!

I'm a little ashamed to say that despite being Asian, I've only watched 1 of the above - Love in a Puff. I've been wanting to watch 'In the Mood for Love' for a really long time now though, love Maggie Cheung!!
