I can't get enough of brussels sprouts both in real life and on Pinterest of late. The fact that they're in season and loaded with vitamins and great health benefits definitely contribute to my love. I enjoy them mostly in simple preparations like the first 2 recipes (they're so good with balsamic!) but I'm starting to branch out in how I cook them and can't wait to try the hot cheesy brussels sprouts dip next.  Are you a fan of brussels sprouts? How do you like them cooked?

I must admit I'm not a big fan, but lately, with the pics and recipes I've seen in blogs, I might try to make a dish with it again.:)

I love brussel sprouts but my husband totally hates them. They have such unique flavor and texture which I think go well with certain grains too. I never cook them but yours look so fresh and delicious. That combination sounds very tempting Rowena.

Maybe I should give brussell sprouts more of a chance after seeing this post. The pizza looks delicious.

I like all the different recipes - I've only tried the baking with balsamic and garlic and lemon, they turned out pretty good but to be honest I got a bit bored of just having them that one way :P I like the pizza idea or shredded in a salad - looks like it would be yum!

So glad you did a post on brussel sprouts. I think they are a very underrated veggie. I love them roasted in just a bit of olive oil and fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme. Or pulling all the leaves off and cooking them in the pan in coconut oil and tossing orange zest, fetta and pine nuts or almonds through. So good. Will be trying some of you suggestions above for sure!

Ooou, I didn't know they're in season! Love the collection of recipes in this post, definitely bookmarking this when I grab a batch soon! I absolutely love brussel sprouts, but they're always ridiculously expensive (maybe because they're out of season when I see them, hah)
I personally love roasting them with butter, salt and pepper, drizzled with some lemon juice, or served with butter sauce. Yum!

Seeing all these mouthwatering images really makes me wish that I actually liked Brussels sprouts. But I don't :( I've tried several recipes already, but there's something in their taste that doesn't work for me. But never mind that, maybe, inspired by your post, I'll give them one more try :)

I like simple recipes too, the more natural and less cooked, the better. I think I've educated my taste this way and I find the simplest dishes the most delicious ones too.

I love brussel sprouts! I usually just eat them baked or steamed which is pretty boring. Love the recipes you compiled. The bacon brussel sprout pizza and the hot cheesy dip both look amazing. You can never go wrong with bacon and warm cheese in my book : )
