This is where I talk about some of the beauty products I've been loving lately...  I'm obsessed with moisture and radiance!

Leejiham LJH Vita Propolis Ampoule
A multi-tasking serum made with 50% Propolis extract, and 20% vitamins that revitalizes skin, helping to even tone, smooth texture, firm and improve dullness. I've been dealing with intermittent redness and sensitivity and this is ampoule has been a skin savior. I usually use a drop on my face following my essence and a little goes a long way to relieving any number of skin issues. Antioxidant rich propolis is as an effective natural anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory ingredient. I was previously using a different propolis product but tI noticed an immediate difference when I switched to this one. I picked mine up from Glow Recipe and it is currently on sale for $34. Drunk Elephant TLC Framboos Glycolic Night Serum
This is a 12 percent AHA/BHA nighttime serum that refines and resurfaces skin to reveal a smoother and more radiant complexion. It is a clean beauty product that is suitable for all skin types. I received this deluxe sample in my October Play! by Sephora box and I was immediately excited because this is a brand I've really been wanting to try. This serum feels extremely lightweight and absorbs quickly without leaving my skin feeling dry or tight. After a week of use without any bouts of sensitivity (I did bump up my moisturizer use), I saw a visible difference both in the texture of my skin and on dark spots. I'm on the fence about whether to purchase the full size product since it's $90. I'll have to reassess when I work through some of my stash and am in need of a new resurfacing serum. I'm generally much more willing to spend $$ on skincare than makeup though.

Oolu Ginseng & Gold Mist Lotion
This ginseng and gold infused moisturizing mist formulated with organic plant based ingredients instantly hydrates, brightens and firms skin. It can be used post cleansing as a moisturizing toner or any other time for a moisturizing boost. I like to use this to prep my face before makeup and it works well to keep my foundation from pilling which has been an issue for me this winter. It doesn't feel sticky and makes my skin look plumped and glowy. It is also refreshing to use as a hydrating pick me up and the ginseng and gold gives it a somewhat luxurious touch. Yes that is an actual piece of ginseng in the bottle. I bought mine from Memebox and it is currently on sale for $22! Get 20% off your purchase.

GlamGlow ThirstyMud Hydrating Treatment
This mask promises instant extreme moisture which is just what my skin needs right now. This deluxe sample came in my December Play! by Sephora box. GlamGlow products have usually just been meh for me but I really like this mask because it lives up to it's claims and works. I love the instant boost of hydration I get when I use it in morning before applying my makeup. And my skin always looks better through the day. I wish it didn't cost $69 but considering it actually banishes dry patches, I'd consider this mask a worthwhile purchase and will probably buy the full size when I'm done with this sample.

24/7 Honey Dual Lip Treatment Oil & Color Balm
This is a dual ended 2-1 lip care product. On one end is a nourishing lip oil, fortified with Jeju natural YooChae honey that conditions and protects while creating a smooth base for lip color. A creamy sheer coral lipstick with the color payoff of a lipstick and the hydration of a balm is housed on the other end. I might just be in love with the oil side a little more. Using a lip oil has kind of a decadent feel and this has been my favorite lip prep product lately because it makes my lips super soft and smooth without feeling like a coating. The color tint is actually wearable as well. It wears more pink than coral on me and I like the way it brightens up my face. I got this at last year's Peach & Lily sample sale for $10. It is available for $29 from Peach & Lily.  Get $10 off  your purchase.

Armani Beauty Lip Maestro Lip Stain in 202
I previously reviewed two other shades of this lip stain that I received through Influenster. Lip Maestro is billed as a next generation lip stain infused with concentrated pigments that permeate the gel formula to impart an incredible depth of color that stays true with a non-sticky texture that provides hours of hydration and comfort. I liked the formulation enough that I decided to purchase one in more of an everyday color which has become my go to lip color. I've been into dewy skin with a sheer wash of burgundy blush (RMS Lip2Cheek in Illusive) lately and neutral matte lips is a good balance to that.

Marc Jacobs Beauty Velvet Noir Major Volume Mascara
This mascara was inspired by Marc Jacobs’s memory of his mother carefully shaving fibers from a velvet ribbon to create her own couture faux lashes. I have so many unopened mascaras and mascara samples it's crazy. I wasn't sure what to expect from this deluxe sample but it's been unexpectedly good. I love the intense jet black color and how this mascara lengthens and volumizes lashes in just one coat without clumping or smudging. And the wand doesn't get all up on my eyelids when I'm applying it which is an issue I have with some mascaras. As much as I like it, I doubt I would ever purchase this though since paying over $20 for a product you get just a few months of use out of is not practical to me.

Have you tried any of these products? What have you been loving lately?

I've been wanting to try out Drunk Elephant too. Our version of Sephora started to stock it late last year and I've been wanting to sample it, not sure i was thinking of a serum since I'm in the market for one. I haven't taken the plunge because it's $$$$$. I was hoping to get a sample of it somewhere first hehehehe. But it is fairly steep. More expensive over here than there!

Moisturizing is a very important thing for a good looking and healthy skin. I agree it is better to spend more on skincare than make-up. I wish I could see the mascara brush. Sounds pretty good. Have a nice day, Rowena! xo

Oh wow anything called Drunken Elephant must be tried. And That MJ mascara sounds really good, I may try it next go round. I paid $22 for Urban Decay. I don't mind paying more for makeup. I do notice a different between drugstore and more high end products.

I didn't know LJH is now a commercial skincare brand! Back in the days, he was the top dermatologist in Korea and everybody was going to his clinic. I'm sure his whole line is amazing. And it's a refreshing idea to pair neutral matte lips with radiant skin. I've been mainly buying bright pink and red tints but they are all the same color wise. I should consider some neutrals!

Yes! I am so happy that you like the Marc Jacobs mascara too! It's my holy grail to be honest and I did repurchase a full size and will continue to do so as it's the only mascara that makes a massive differences to my lashes.

I'll need to check for the Leejiham Propolis Ampules, that sounds like something my skin needs. I have a Neostrata 10% Glycolic serum that I need to try, not sure if it's similar to the Drunk Elephant serum but it's hell of a lot cheaper!

My absolute favourite column! I want to try Marc Jacobs mascara and that mouisturising mist! If it can help, I mix my foundation with three drops of biological rose hip Oil and it works wonders (not too greasy but definitely moisturising). Baci, Valeria - Coco et La vie en rose FASHION & BEAUTY

Those are some really great products. I've been curious about Drunk Elephant's skincare for a while now but they are pricey. I need to do some more research on them.

I think I know which propolis product you were using before and I'm the exact opposite. I had to stop using the LJH after a few weeks because it broke me out a bit and didn't do anything - I was happy I only spent $15 on it but I used it up on my hands and it made them nice and soft. It's funny how skin is so different! :)

I've been interested in Glamglow products but was worried about my sensitive skin and how I would react. Good to know about their Thirsty Mud. I believe I have a sample. That Marc Jacobs mascara sounds awesome. I love a black mascara. Not sure about its heaviness though.
