This is where I talk about some of the beauty products I've been loving lately...

CLE Cosmetics CCC Cream SPF 45
As a fan of multi-tasking beauty products and makeup with skincare benefits, I have fallen in love with this product. It is a next level BB cream/CC cream hybrid which combines the benefits of face cream, foundation, primer and SPF 45 sunscreen. The three C's stand for Color Control & Change. Out of the tube, it is white in appearance, once blended it adapts perfectly to my skintone. Micro capsule technology provides light/medium coverage and hydration with a slight dewy finish and no oxidation. I probably would've worn this all summer had I discovered it earlier. It's perfect for daily wear especially when I'm going to physical therapy and don't want to wear a full face of makeup. This product is available in 5 shades. Medium Light is my shade. This K-beauty wonder can be purchased at Cult Beauty, Anthropologie and Free People.

Thank You Farmer Sun Project Shimmer Sun Essence SPF 30
This sunscreen is the bomb! It has the loveliest weightless texture and feel that wears beautifully under makeup. Despite the name, there isn't really any shimmer but more of an overall illuminating effect without the dreaded white sunscreen cast. This essence is combination physical and chemical sunblock with broad spectrum SPF 30 PA++.  Thank You Farmer is a K-beauty brand that values purity with a farm-to-face philosophy and I'm curious to try more of their products now.

Cailyn V11 Total Care Serum*
This is a serum with 11 key ingredients including nobel prize winning Fullerene which shields and stabilizes Vitamin C.  This product contains pure Vitamin C at 11% strength along with Adenosine and Arbutin to help reduce wrinkles and brighten skin tone. It is billed as a one day game changer. I can't say that I saw results in one day but after two weeks of using this I do think that it is a transformational product. My skin is super smooth and my pores have never looked more refined. I've experienced no irritation or sensitivity. It is free of parabens, silicones and artificial colors. I'll be sad to finish this and will definitely repurchase.

Kahina Giving Beauty Brightening Serum
I always have some type of brightening product in my routine and this is currently on rotation. This organic certified treatment contains rare White Lily, Japanese Wakame Seaweed, Argan Oil, Maritime Pine, and Green Tea to boost luminosity and protect against environmental exposure. The lightweight, watery texture of this product makes it perfect for layering and I've noticed a visible difference in the appearance of my freckles and sunspots since I started using this serum.

Artis Oval 7 Brush
I was never really into using a brush to apply my foundation until I got this one. Artis brushes receive a fair amount of hype and I get it now. This brush has the softest and densest bristles and it feels heavenly on my face. I really like how I only need to use the tiniest bit of foundation for a smooth flawless looking finish. I also find the design of this brush to be more ergonomic than traditional makeup brush builds in terms of makeup application. Yes Artis brushes are pricey and this one is totally worth it because of it's luxurious feel and how it makes product go a long way since it doesn't suck it up like most other brushes. Stay tuned to the blog! I will be giving away one of these soon!

I own an oval brush from another brand, but as much as I like the shape, mine has a tendency to drink up the foundation, so I use more than I do with other brushes.

If you approve of Artis makeup brushes then I have to try them Rowena! I constantly hear good things about them :D So good to know! When I saw shimmering sunscreen, my head turned. LOL So glad to know there isn't any shimmer in it. That serum sounds great. Vitamin C is very popular in skincare.

Okay, I've added the CLE CCC Cream into my Cult Beauty wish list, seems like it's not available for purchase so I joined the waitlist.

I have tried an oval brush similar to the one that you present to us, and I agree with what you say because it makes the application of the base much easier and quicker and its texture is soft to the skin.

Ooo I'm very intrigued by the Cailyn serum, it's my first time hearing of this brand as well. One of my biggest gripes with vitamin c serums is that they oxidize quickly and they can really irritate the skin, but this product sounds like it has none of these issues. Love that it contains arbutin for brightening!

I haven't tried anything you've listed, but I do you the Thank You Farmer Sun Project Light Sun Essence sunscreen with SPF 50. Strange as it may seem, I got it specifically because there were no reviews at the time and I was a bit overwhelmed with the reviews for the sunscreens Sephora carried. I've been using it happily for about 1 1/2 years now and my only issue is that it pills a bit with certain moisturizers. I'm happy to see someone else is using and liking it {or at least one similar}. :)
