I love a good sleeping mask! They're such a quick and effortless way to skincare. It's a one step process - just apply before bed and wake up to better skin. I'm a big fan of supplementing my skincare routine with sleeping masks to maximize the natural repair cycle that occurs during sleep. I have a regular rotation of sleeping masks that I've been using but I'm always eager to out new ones and I received this BRTC Jasmine Waterful Sleeping Pack for review from Cupidrop as part of their Beautiful Pioneers program.
BRTC Jasmine Waterful Sleeping Pack
BRTC Jasmine Waterful Sleeping Pack is billed as an overnight treatment mask that hydrates and brightens skin while you sleep. It is recommended for use when your skin needs a little extra moisture and vitality. This product is suitable for all skin types including sensitive. Jasmine Water delivers instant as well as continuous hydration, forming a protective layer against environmental damage. BRTC's proprietary Blue Phyto Complex with Lavender Extract works to soothe, moisturize and brighten the skin. The brand's proprietary Purple Vigor Complex infused with the energy of purple plants repairs and revitalizes skin. An added bonus to the jasmine and lavender extracts is that they also work as aromatherapy to encourage sleep. The product is housed in a lightweight plastic tub which is pretty but I can't say that I'm thrilled about because jar packaging. At least a spatula is included for hygienic dispensing. The mask is meant be used as the final step of a night time skincare routine.
BRTC which stands for Bio remedies Therapeutic Cosmetics is a Korean cosmeceutical beauty brand that has been certified by the KFDA and is compliant with FDA rules. They take a science meets nature approach to providing skincare solutions and BB Creams formulated with certified botanical ingredients.
Ingredients
Water, Cyclopentasiloxane, Glycerin, Dimethicone, Niacinamide, PEG-10 Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Sodium Hyaluronate, Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 Dimethicone, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Adenosine, Disodium EDTA, Allantoin, Betaine, Xylitol, Jasminum Officinale (Jasmine) Flower Water, Centaurea Cyanus Flower Extract, Borago Officinalis Extract, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower/Leaf Extract, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Water, Hyacinthus Orientalis Extract, Salvia Sclarea (Clary) Extract, Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Fruit Extract, Solanum Melongena (Eggplant) Fruit Extract, Syringa Vulgaris (Lilac) Extract, Viola Mandshurica Flower Extract, Gardenia Florida Fruit Extract, Jasminum Sambac (Jasmine) Flower Extract, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Extract, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Flower Extract, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Extract
The BRTC Jasmine Waterful Sleeping Pack has a incredibly lightweight, watery gel texture. The jasmine and lavender scent is present but quite faint. This might be the only instance that I've wished for something to be more strongly scented. Unfortunately I don't think it provides much in the way of sleep boosting aromatherapy benefits but at least it's pleasant. The product practically sinks right into my skin once applied. I've used it nightly for over a week and my skin always looks and feels softer and smoother the next morning. The weightless feel and quick absorption of this mask is lovely and while it can be used year round, it's ideal for me during the summer months when I want an overnight skincare boost without any heaviness. I hope to see some brightening effects from the niacinamide with continued use.

I only ever used the Bouncy Sleeping Mask from The Body Shop as an overnight treatment. This one sounds lovely, especially the fact that it has Niacinamide so high up in the ingredient list.

Sounds like a mask I need desperately great review.
Thanks for the heads up about the new-to-me BRTC and Cupidrop, Rowena. Always good to be up-to-date when it comes to Asian skin care:) I was using the Laneige sleeping mask before, but have been lazy...sigh...I like that this one uses both jasmine and lavender, two faves:)
Anyhoo, have an awesome weekend, chingu:)
sleeping masks do seem like a great deal...this jasmine sleeping pack seems lovely. It may not offer dramatic results, but at least it is easy on the skin and generally it sounds like a pleasant product to use. Watery products usually do feel lighter and are a better choice (for me) then creamy/oily ones- especially now it's Summer and all.
Pinks, grays, face masks -- in love!

This mask sounds so interesting. I've been usikg masks more lately, and I like the idea of a sleep mask! Have a great weekend Rowena!
Another new site to browse and learned about a new brand and product today too. I like that the price is reasonable for the sleeping mask. I am still hooked on my Laneige Water Sleeping mask, my skin really loves it but I want to explore other options from other brands.
Excellent post (as always)!Thank you very much :)
I love water based products for how light they are. I wonder about residue on the pillow when I think of overnight products but you addressed that pesky problem. I'll look into one of these products. Thanks Rowena!

Perfect musk with sweet colors
Oh, I love your photos! The texture of the cream looks so fluffy and delicious. And thanks for the code and an introduction to the site. Been looking for a KBeauty website where I can easy to navigate and buy products at a reasonable price. :)
Happy weekend to you!
have a great weekend!
This sounds like a lovely summer-alternative to heavy sleeping masks, perfect! Also, gotta admit I'm completely taken in by that beautifully fresh looking packaging, haha :)

To be honest, I am always a tad obsessive but selective when it comes to facial masks, and I would give this one a try. I have liked Eve Lom mas in the past. Thanks for sharing. Wish you a lovely weekend, Rowena. <3
This sound like a good sleeping mask, will check the site out. I haven't used a sleeping mask for in a long time, so it's time to change that. Happy weekend, Rowena.

New update: The Consequences of Choice
Oooooh this looks amazing! I've never used a sleeping pack like this, but I think it's so important to take good care of your skin and it really looks like this does that. I'd love to try it out, and who knows, I'd probably get hooked haha.

When I was younger I didn’t like sleeping much, but now that I’m in my mid thirties I realize sleeping is pretty much the best thing on earth. Life is always better after a long nap. I’ve heard of sleeping masks but I have yet to try them. I’m going to checkout this product asap, thanks for sharing Rowena. Korean beauty products have done wonders for my skin.
