While NYC has been basking in some gorgeous Spring-like temperatures lately and the real thing is just over a week away, I think I can probably cycle out the sweaters from my closet soon. I wish my closet was big enough that I didn't have to switch it out seasonally but such is the nature of living in a one bedroom apt. in the city. Since I don't like to wear many layers in the winter, I rely on cashmere and merino wool sweaters to get me through the coldest season and the bright colors keep me happy. What items get you through the winter?
I don't know how often I'll be posting this week given that I've been quite sick and somewhat bedridden since the weekend. My condition has rendered me very dizzy and nauseous so my computer time is limited to short intervals. I'll try to make my way around to visit and catch up with everyone eventually.

Those are such cute sweaters. I'm afraid mine are not quite as colorful. I usually wear like 6 layers because I'm worried I'll be hot or cold and then I wind up carrying 4 of the layers if I'm out and about so another system is probably in order.
I had to look Lee Seung Gi up {I'm terrible with names} and I've seen both of the dramas he is in at least on Drama Fever. He is very cute but he always looks like he's 18 so it's little brother cute. :) I will keep an eye out in case that one comes up.
I really hope you better soon! Being sick is no fun.
I love the bright colored sweaters. You've definitely inspired me to branch out a little more. You poor thing! After having had the entire family gone through several bouts of flu, I know exactly how you must be feeling. Hope you feel better soon.
Ahh hope you feel better soon! Don't worry about blogging/commenting :)
Your sweaters look fab by the way, and the color coordination? I wish I could do that!
Love sweaters, yours look great! You are very organized, not like me ha,ha <3<3
I hope you get to feeling better doll!! I have been the same - it's not nice!! But, let's keep the thought of pretty spring coming and wish ourselves better!! Big hugs!! xx p.s. I wish I had a closet big enough to not have to sort it out from one season to the next, most times I don't, but then its a huge mess! Ha! xx
Hi sweetheart, so sorry to hear you're ill, hope you getting some good rest and feel better soon!
I love sweater weather. I hope you get better soon.
I know what you mean. I left my summer clothes at my parents house, so now I have to do the exchange (such is life when storage space is limited).
So sorry to hear you're not feeling well. Hope you feel better soon.
I love the colors! Beautiful closet!
Get feeling better quick! You have some lovely sweaters :)
I love how you colour coded your sweaters! I'm super picky when it comes to sweaters, I'm really ticklish and the wrong kind of wool could have me itching all day lol. Hope you feel better soon!
great image... hope you feel better soon!!!
oh! I love your sweaters, so colorful! and I would like not to change my wardrobe each season neither...
I hope you get well soon!
kisses!
that photo makes the sweaters look so pretty! nothing better than a cozy sweater.
Rowena, I didn't know you were sick! Omg'sh don't worry about blogging or commenting. Take care of yourself my friend. So worried about you ((HUG)). I have small closets in my home, so I have to change out seasonally too. You have a gorgeous sweater collection. I love them.

Oh no! Feel better soon, sweetie! That's horrible news. And you're not even able to enjoy this gorgeous weather. I'm sad for you.
I'm with you...I so wish that I didn't have to do the seasonal closet switch. But I guess that's NYC living for you. :)
Feel better! xoxo
I'm so sorry you're not feeling well! I hope you feel much better soon--I came down with a bug last week but luckily am ok now. Love all your sweaters, Normally I'm a cashmere girl, but I have moved to Wildfox sweatshirts lately on a whim. This weird pre-summer late winter weather we're having has made it impossible to dress one way or the other and a sweatshirt sort of straddles both climates that seem to change daily here.
Feel better!

Oh no, feel better soon! Bright colors do put me in a brighter mood!

I hope you feel better soon so you can start walking the streets of NY in your spring/summer outfits. Turtlenecks and shawls help me survive winter.
Are those your sweaters in the pic? Love the bright colours! I always rely on my grey cashmere cardigan that envelopes me like a warm fog and feel sad that I have to put it away.
Feel better soon! xx
I wish you get better soon!
Big hugs!

Sweaters are a must for me in the winter and often times year round thanks to the Midwestern chilly nights.
I hope you feel better soon :)
*big hugs* hope you feel better soon!
I love your collection of sweaters! I always end up buying sweaters that are similar in colour or pattern.....=_=
I hope you are feeling better! We've had a lot of ill people at the office this week, one Mom had a baby at home with strep throat. You've got a fab collection of sweaters and I know the feeling of limited closet space!
Hope you're feeling better soon! Its nothing to have to stay in bed while its turning Spring outside. I love big knits and warm scarfs for winter, but I'm happy to say goodbye to them now.
I hope you feel better soon!

What a lovely photo! Hope you get some rest and feel better soon. Your blog is an absolute treat to read (but of course it can wait until you're feeling better!). Thanks for stopping by and leaving comments on my blog - I love reading them. :)

Oh no!! Feel better soon! Your sweaters look so lovely. Big bulky "ugly sweaters" get me through the winter. I am so glad to shed the layers.
Is it inside of your closet? You have such a great collection of sweaters! It happened exactly same thing when I got sick about a month ago. I couldn't look at monitor more than like ten minutes.. Hope you feel better soon..! xo akiko

So great ! I love the sweaters so much. These colors are very pretty.
I wish you get better soon !
I really love scarves in the winter! I have a lot of sweaters, but in NC the need for heavy stuff isn't always necessary. I do have 4 (brown, black, green and blue) wonderful lady day coats by J. Crew and those also make me oh so happy! So sorry to hear you are sick! It's that time of year with the cold-to-warm-to-cold-to-warm over and over again... Feel better!!! xoxo A-
Hope you feel better soon! I'm a bit under the weather myself, but I think you're a bit worse off than me. Love those gorgeous sweaters!
lovely and bright coloured sweaters, like a rainbow¡¡¡
kisses

These sweaters are so vibrant and eye-catching; I absolutely love them and wish my wardrobe resembled these! You've inspired me to dress up in candy hues for the upcoming Australian winter now! :)
Hope you are having the loveliest day!

What a beautiful collection of sweaters! I love them made with cashmere and merino too.
Get well soon, my dear!
Layers, chunky scarves, a proper coat and a proper pair of boots get me through our freezing winters. Hope you're feeling better. :)

oh no! I hope you feel better soon!! Wow only sweaters in NYC? In the winter there, when we visit, I have to wear a parka! lol <3 hautepinkpretty.com
Rowena, sweetie, I'm so sorry to hear that you aren't feeling well! Sending you a ((hug)) and positive thoughts and well-wishes ... it's a good thing that we're heading into spring and the sunshine that it brings! xoxoxo

Hi, Rolala, feel better soon! Love your sweater collection.
I'm so excited for warmer weather to come. I feel more free to wear what my heart desires when I don't have to bundle up :)
Hi darling, just wondering how you doing and hope you recovered :)
Take Care!
So sorry you're feeling so bad, hope you're on the mend soon xo
I don't wear colorful things during the winter at all! I just let the darkness and dreary gloom get to me. Maybe that's why every spring, I'm so ready!
I'm right there with you, I need to do my closet reorganization very soon!
I really hope you'll get better soon!
Happy Monday!

There are many winter clothes I love and I'm fool for long cosy coats! But my favorite thing, and one I almost only wear out for a walk or at home, are the oversize sweaters with a hood, like the ones from GAP. Can't do without them x)

I hope you're feeling better! I wear lots of cashmere during winter and love light colours to counteract grey and dreary days.
Feel better soon! I can never seem to feel warm in winter which is not good as an Australian winter couldn't even begin to compare with one of yours! I hope to be in New York this December - wish me luck!
Sending get well hugs your way, Stephie x
Your closet is so organize!

You have such a gorgeous collection of sweaters. I usually end up wearing mine year round, since the office environment can be so cold. I want to steal a few of yours. Great colors and patterns.

yea being on the computer won't help i suppose. i think going on the computer and watching tv can make you feel tired even the next day which is what happens to me. i should probably lay off on the korean dramas till i can get ma hw done lol
Hope you are on the mend. I love all of these sweaters- the colors are so inspiring:)
I love this photo! I am quite envious of your collection - I don't think this many sweaters would even fit into my poor excuse of a closet haha :P
so many sweaters!
