Free Glasses for All from Firmoo

Before Thanksgiving, I was contacted by Firmoo.com, with an offer to send me a free pair of glasses or sunglasses. As a sometimes spectacle wearer, it was too good of an offer to pass up even though I was a little skeptical about being able to find suitable glasses online without trying them on. This led me to their website which I found to be user friendly and well organized. I actually had a hard time choosing frames because there were many styles I liked but was able to narrow down my options using their Virtual Try-On system where you can upload your own photo. The product specifications which clearly list each frame's dimensions were extremely helpful and made it easy to compare the sizes with glasses I already own. I settled on the SD2242 which turned out to be the right choice as the SD2299 that I actually preferred more would've been way too big for my face as the measurements suggested. Their order system was easy to use as well. I opted for a prescription pair and I just needed to enter the information from a copy of my prescription from my eye doctor onto a simple form. I placed my order and 9 days later, my new glasses arrived in the mail. They came in a standard hard protective case along with a cleaning cloth, a soft protective case and a tiny screwdriver with extra screws.

The expedient service was impressive. More importantly, I really like my glasses and the hubster likes them on me too. Even though they were free, the quality definitely doesn't feel inferior to any of my designer frames. I've been wearing them on and off since I received them and haven't had any issues with the frames or non-reflective lenses. The overall experience has been satisfying and I've come to the conclusion that it is possible to buy quality eyewear online. In fact we look forward to ordering a pair for hubster soon. I like my glasses so much that I'm even making a rare cameo appearance to show them off. Please pardon the less than stellar quality photo. It was taken on my iPod Touch.
