Style : Rain Boots

April is traditionally a month filled with rain so it's a good thing rain boots have come a long way in terms of style and options. I adore the sleek chic silhouette of my knee high black Loeffler Randall LR Boots but lately I've been thinking about adding a shorter pair as well. Rena prefers red wellies. Check out how she wears them here. Do you wear rain boots? What style do you favor?

It's really cool how these rain boots get more fashionable these days. Gone are the days when they are just plain boring :)

I need a pair! Lol I love the mint ones! I've been seeing more and more of the shorter styles and even ballet flats. However, the ballet style doesn't offer as much protection. Great post!

I love the polka-dotted ones, but I really don't think I could actually wear them haha.. mine are the boring muddy-green hunting type :)

I ADORE those blue and polka dot ones! so cute!

I love the polka dotted ones you have above. I have had a pair of the Tretorn Skerry style boots and I like them. They are like cheaper, slightly bulkier Hunters for 1/3 the price.

I learned the hard way that you should wear rain boots after too many days with cold, wet feet.

I forgot....I might watch TWTWB next, I'm not up for the tears just yet, but might be soon. I think you'll like FBND. If you watch it, you'll have to let me know. They spent a surprising amount of time {for a drama} letting you get to know the characters and I think that was a big part of me liking it.

So important!! When it rains they are all I wear so it would be kind of smart to have two pairs to not get bored. The ones with the little bow are cute!

These are darling! I have Hunters .. I'm a little tired of them. A bootie style is such a great idea. I'm going to order a pair!

I'm not going to be original: I've been dying to get a pair of hot pink Hunter boots for ages! And I'm not even sure I would be bold enough to wear them out in my little city lol, they are just so stinking cute, I could put them on my bookshelf, right? :) Anyways, I've never own a pair of rain boots in my life, so maybe it's time to cave in. I love your picks, sweetie!

Hope you're having a lovely week so far, sweetie! Also, I'm beyond excited to receive my prints :) Can't wait!

Wellies are such fun aren't they, in Athens the ladies wear them blinged up as fashion statements not for the rain! Over here, I'm only ever in them if I'm in the country! Love the fun picks!

So many fun rain boots! I think the short ones with the bow on the side are just fantastic! Might as well look good while it's raining!

Oh, that Loeffler Randall LR Back Zip Boot is calling my name! Love the slight wedge heel, so elegant. This post has me thinking...there is no reason why I should only have one pair of rain boots...
