Whether you are an optimist or a pessimist, you can enjoy your life more by creating healthy habits that boost your health and well-being. This doesn't have to mean major lifestyle changes but rather minor shifts that you can easily and seamlessly integrate into your every day life that will lead to better health, overall wellness as well as a more positive outlook.

Morning Routine
If you’re like most people, you might be a slow starter in the morning. Some people are naturally more prone to being night owls. While sleeping in might be fine on the weekend, this just isn't practical most of the time especially when you have to get to work. So it's important to maintain good sleep habits and stick to a regular bedtime.

Morning routines are habits that support your well-being and take a lot of pressure off your life. When you have a set routine in the morning, you can follow it automatically which keeps you start the day right and set you up for success. Having a morning routine is an excellent way to improve your life and your productivity easily.

The First Meal
The first meal of the day is important to replenish lost glucose through the night and provide you with energy and alertness for the rest of the day. Eating breakfast also sets the tone for the day ahead and influences how healthy you eat and how well you feel so you should make a habit of eating a healthy breakfast daily.

You can choose between a cooked breakfast or something quick like yogurt and fruit or toast with almond butter. A cooked breakfast is appealing and often more filling but you may not always have the time for that. There are quick and easy meals which are satisfying and good for you that you can prepare ahead of time.

Meditation and Prayer
If you want to improve your mood and boost your well-being, make a habit of including meditation and prayer in your daily routine. Meditation and prayer are powerful ways to settle your mind and focus your attention. This time helps you to gain perspective on your life.

Setting your intentions every day helps to manifest the things you want in life, such as happiness, success, good fortune, and love. At the same time, you can use prayer to eliminate negativity. Use these powerful prayers for protection to manifest the life you deserve today.

Intermittent Fasting
Whether you want to lose weight or be more successful with a lifestyle or creative project, discipline needs to be part of the equation. Creating healthy habits requires a degree of discipline, and the more disciplined you are, the more likely you will succeed and be able to achieve results in your lifestyle.

Intermittent fasting can be an excellent way to lose weight and improve your discipline. There are different types of fasting to follow, such as the 16/8 method, the 14/10 method, and the 5/2 method. Feel free to drink green tea to reduce your appetite and watch the weight disappear. For guidance, be sure to consult your physician first.

Routine Exercise
Some people believe exercise should mean three days a week at the gym, while others choose a sport to dedicate themselves to. This works for some people, but not everyone. The best exercise is what works best for you and should be something that you actually enjoy doing so that you will make it a routine and do it regularly. Try out different types of exercise like cardio, kickboxing or pilates to see what you like. If you want to integrate more exercise into your daily life, walking more is always a good bet.

Hey Rowena!! I hope you are doing well! I absolutely love all these tips for well being. I recently pulled a muscle when sneezing and I've gotten out of routine. Since the pain has subsided some, I'm definitely using these tips as motivation!
