Ji Chang Wook is L'officiel Hommes Korea's cover star for their YK 30th Anniversary issue and he looks as gorgeous as ever modeling a range of refined menswear looks. His captivating presence and magnetic gaze shine through these images. As alluring as the monochrome photos are, aside from the first cover image, the full color ones are my favorite as they are particularly engaging.

Chang Wook has been busy working steadily and building on his repertoire as an actor. One has to appreciate how he fluidly moves between genres, from intense action to riveting drama to heartfelt romance. Beyond possessing a handsome appearance and a resonant voice, his acting has improved over time. He once mentioned not being being able to pass on compelling projects as the main reason for continuously working which is great for those of us who enjoy seeing him on the screen.
He has once again proven his global appeal and influence through his latest Disney+ drama The Manipulated which premiered on November 5. A remake of the 2017 action crime thriller Fabricated City, in which Chang Wook also starred, the drama series tells the story of a man who is unjustly accused of a brutal crime and ends up in prison. He then discovers that everything that happened to him was orchestrated by a mysterious individual. Driven by revenge, he embarks on a mission to uncover the truth. With its fast-paced development, gripping narrative, and intense action, the series has quickly gained buzz among global audiences. Critics and viewers have praised Chang Wook’s commanding performance as the emotional center of the show as he deftly shows off the depth of his range. The Manipulated also marks as return to action for Chang Wook, who performed many of the intense action sequences himself, heightening the realism and immersion of the story. This is exciting because action is a genre he truly excels at. I liked the movie which was quite gritty and engaging but sadly I will not be watching this show since we canceled our Disney+ subscription over their role in silencing free speech and funding genocide. I mean it sucks but you have to stand up for your principles even if it means you have to give up certain things.
