HA7X Multi-Molecular Hydrator Serum Review & Giveaway

HA7X Multi-Molecular Hydrator Serum, Reviv Serums HA7X Multi-Molecular Hydrator Serum, HA7X Multi-Molecular Hydrator Serum Review, Dupe of SkinMedica HA 5 Rejuvenating Hydrator

I was first introduced to Reviv Serums when I reviewed their RevivLash Lash and Brow Stimulating Serum earlier this year. When I first tried the product I didn't see any real results after two weeks but after about a month, my lashes were noticeably thicker and longer. I was so pleased that when my tube ran out, I bought a second one which I'm using now. This positive experience definitely gave me a good impression of the brand so I was excited to try out their new HA7X Multi-Molecular Hydrator Serum.

About the Brand: Reviv Serums is a San Francisco based company that specializes in innovative professional grade treatment serums for skin and hair rejuvenation. They strive to create cruelty-free, breakthrough products that work as well as famous physician grade brands by using innovative cosmetic chemistry and provide them to consumers at competitive prices.

Product Overview: HA7X Multi-Molecular Hydrator Serum is an innovative dermo-biotech serum that works to to deliver visible hydration, protection, plumping, smoothing, rejuvenation, and recovery from the skin's surface down to subcutaneous levels. This product is comparable to the award winning SkinMedica HA 5 Rejuvenating Hydrator.

Key Ingredients: HA7X includes 29 of the primary ingredients in SkinMedica HA 5 Rejuvenating Hydrator and two additional, new hyaluronic technologies for a total of seven types of hyaluronic acids. It is also the first U.S. skincare product with award-winning Neurophroline. This exclusive extract derived from the tephrosia purpurea plant is the first bioactive cosmetic ingredient capable of blocking the production of cortisol, a major stress hormone while also promoting the release of endorphins, a natural calming neuropeptide that promotes a sense of well-being and relaxation. In addition, active Neurophroline is shown to have clinical efficacy in reducing the appearance of premature aging caused by environmental pollution. HA7X also contains several deepsea bioactives which target skin renewal and reactivity, and microspheres that impart an elegant silky texture and optical blurring effect.

Packaging: A lightweight, violet tinted plastic bottle with a capped pump dispenser. The company utilizes functional rather than decorative packaging to cut down on costs and encourage usage of their products rather than putting them on display.

HA7X Multi-Molecular Hydrator Serum, Reviv Serums HA7X Multi-Molecular Hydrator Serum, HA7X Multi-Molecular Hydrator Serum Review, Dupe of SkinMedica HA 5 Rejuvenating Hydrator

Price: $89 for 2 oz / 60 ml

How To Use: Apply to cleansed face, neck, chest and hands twice daily, ideally while skin is still moist after cleansing. Alternatively, apply with moist fingertips to facilitate an instant plumping effect. Use it after any other treatment serums, and before applying makeup and/or sun protection.

My Thoughts: This unscented serum has a milky appearance and a light texture. Upon initial application, it has a slightly tacky almost barrier-like sensation but once absorbed the product feels imperceptible on the skin. I've been using it every morning and evening for about two weeks now. I was actually having an issue with dryness prior to adding this serum and it has effectively addressed that. I haven't experienced any issues with irritation and it plays well with other products including retinol and wears well under makeup. I have largely minimized the repertoire of products I'm using to give this a fair assessment and I have to say that my skin feels and looks great since implementing it into my routine. I've seen improvements both in moisture levels and clarity which has definitely given me a favorable impression of this product. I can't say I've really seen the endorphin and anti-pollution benefits but I certainly like knowing they're present . HA7X may seem pricey but considering it is essentially a dupe of SkinMedica HA 5 Rejuvenating Hydrator with an additional exclusive ingredient that costs half the price, the price is relative.

Reviv Serums HA7X Multi-Molecular Hydrator Serum is available for sale through the Reviv Serums website. The brand is currently running a giveaway for this product. Five lucky winners will receive a full sized bottle of the product valued at $89. This giveaway is open in the United States and Canada (except Quebec). You can enter below or through this link.

so great to know that this serum successfully addressed the issues of dryness. Once the weather gets colder, more and more of us suffer from dry skin problems so it is great to know there are good solutions out there.

This serum seems like a lovely product! I suppose it meets all the requirements, we all want a product that feels good on the skin, gives us the needed hydration and absorbs well. When it has that extra benefits like being anti-pollution (you're right that's a feature we can never feel but it is good to know it exists) it is all the better.

I love a good serum and it's crazy how much they packed into this! It does seem like a good price if it's actually effective. I'd try it out!

I have issues with their serum before so I am a little worried about this one. I like that it helped with dryness because it's something that I struggle with every A/W.

Oooo...this serum sounds pretty good. I think considering the prices of other serums out there, this one is pretty reasonable. I like that they do their packaging like that as well. I'd rather have a great product in a simple packaging than the other way around. The last one I tried was the Missha Night Repair one, which broke me out so I'm just using it for my neck right now. Anyhoo, thanks for the review, Rowena. :)
PS Must really that lash and brow serum!
PPS And just a heads up...I tried to enter the giveaway but there's no option for Canadian provinces. Just an FYI:D

I'm pleased to hear this product worked well with your skin Rowena and that it didn't cause any irritation! I haven't yet experimented much with serums, though I'm certainly tempted to, that's for sure :)

Wow! This sounds really impressive. I honestly had no idea that there were so many different types of hyaluronic acid lol. I'm glad to hear that this is worth the price tag :) Plus it doesn't hurt that it's in pretty purple packaging ;)

I haven't found a serum that completely agrees with me yet. LOL I think all of them have that tackiness initially. Glad to hear this one works well Rowena. Sounds like an excellent product.
