The Covet : Graphic Tees

shopping for graphic tees

I'm glad there are so many grown up versions of graphic t-shirts available these days. I think they can be so fun and whimsical not to mention comfortable. Band tees used to be my favorite and I liked to wear them alot back when I was a student. Now I tend to prefer text versions layered under a blazer paired with jeans or tucked into a structured midi skirt for quick easy chic looks. I've totally been living in this one lately. Hey I like the graphics and supporting my team during baseball season. I'm thinking of adding a few more to my wardrobe particularly the luxury item tee and the ooh la la one which is only $8 right now! Would you wear any of these graphic tees? How would you style them?

I absolutely love graphic tees. I always tend to turn long tops into a cropped top and wear them with high waisted skirts, tights and boots :)

SO adorable. Graphic tees were ALWAYS in when I lived in Japan. I want to be cheesy sometimes and wear a shirt that says "Made in Paris," because that's where I got pregnant! I know, GAG! lol Don't worry, I'll never do it! Have a wonderful weekend!!

I'm definitely loving the graphic tee trend. #2 and #4 are my favorites! I'd probably keep things simple with jeans or a skirt and slip on sneakers.

Ooh I love this whole collection. I wasn't a fan of slogan tees when they first came out a long while ago now, but now they have made more sophisticated and 'adult' versions I think they are just a basic staple that can go with jeans and a blazer so easily. I've never been a band tee girl because I've never crushed on celebs like most girls, but I kinda wish I did, or at least have a team like you to support. I do support Liverpool but I can't see a football shirt being trendy… Rosemary

I love t-shirts but don't have any graphic tees. If you like the sports tees, I can send you a Sox one. :)

I agree that living in a warmer climate would be nicer because you can grow food all year but I like winter too much. I can't wait for my fruit trees to grow large enough to have fruit but until then I can cook with the kaffir lime tree leaves.

I hope you are having a great weekend!

I love these and I think they are mood enhancing. Words can uplift and inspire people and you can make a statement with it too. I think text conveys a message and your thoughts without you having to talk. Plus they are so comfortable. :)

I am ALL over the graphic tees this summer... actually I think I've only bought one article of clothing thus far that doesn't have words printed on it
