On Gratitude

Gratitude Quote, Quote on Gratitude

I feel that learning to embrace gratitude has really opened me up more to happiness. Appreciating and being thankful for everything in your life just puts the focus on the good. I'm grateful for everyone and everything in my life whether it is wonderful or a lesson learned. If you're celebrating tomorrow, have a very happy and safe Thanksgiving! I hope your day is filled with loved ones and all the things that make you happy. Thank you for stopping by, reading, commenting and sharing this space here with me! I'm so grateful for you all!

Would you agree with this? What are you grateful for?

Dear Rowena this is very touching and everyone hope a happiness life but sometimes it is not easy , what we can do as your writing here is focus on the good things, life is diffcult but we need to move on. I have been surfering a lot this year, lose my money , broke up with my damn boyfriend, quit from college... All those happened in the name of the desire to do something or to love someone with my heart and soul.

I am grateful I found you on the blogosphere, Rowena, and that we share the same feelings about many things! I am not celebrating Thanksgiving tomorrow, you know why, but I am trying to make every single day a thanksgiving day. I know it is not easy sometimes, but despite all the hard moments, we have to be grateful for what we have indeed! Have a great time spending the holiday tomorrow!

It's always important to remember to be grateful for what we already have than asking always for more.

I agree, I can so relate to this. I have moments where i dwell on the negative stuff which stems from my sense of entitlement that I forget to acknowledge all the good things and blessings that are coming into my life. Being thanful everyday is a great attitude to develop :)

I'm grateful for my husband. I'm grateful for all the lessons learned and for those that life still has installed for me. I'm grateful for all good novels that I'm reading at this moment. ...and I'm grateful for the toast my husband has handed to me this very moment....I'm grateful that there are so many sweet and caring people in the world....

You're right...we should all stop and think about gratitute as such and the role it plays in our lives.

So many times we forget what we should be grateful for because we focus too much on being unhappy because of things we want but don't have. Hope you had a great Thanksgiving.

Such a good quote! I am grateful for many things, family, good friends, purring cats, and dogs that are happy to see you after you've been away.

I agree. I think it's important to reflect on what we have when things aren't going so well, it definitely changes the way you feel about any situation.
