Innarah Defense Masque

Innarah Defense Masque, Innarah Defense Masque Review, Innarah Review, Facial Mask Review, Natural Face Mask

It's no secret that I'm a big fan of facial masks. I'm partial to sheet masks which is why I just got this fab new assortment of ten new sheet masks this week. I also try to use a few wash off masks each week including a deep cleansing mask, an oxygenating mask and a hydrating mask. Because my skin tends to be dry, I'm careful with deep cleansing masks, specifically clay based ones because they can leave my face feeling dry and stripped Innarah Defense Masque Oxygenating Masque uses an unusual roster of all natural ingredients like oxygenated herbs, algae, phytoplankton, oils, and volcanic minerals to detoxify and revitalize the skin.

About the Brand: Backed by decades of research, by one of the beauty industry’s leading chemists, Innarah has created the first ever skin care line that works in cooperation with your skin’s biology. Their range is made using a revolutionary fermentation process that combines blends of unique natural botanical oils and minerals. This process creates highly effective products that maintain the potency of the ingredients so they can be easily absorbed while encouraging the skin’s own reparative abilities and optimizing vital defense from the inside out. Each Innarah product is purposely formulated to address specific skin issues due to natural aging and environmental factors, offering benefits to nourish, purify and re-energize skin. They do not contain any parabens, petroleum, propylene or butylene glycol, sulfates, phthalates, artificial dyes or synthetic fragrances.

Product Claims: Innarah Defense Masque Oxygenating Masque is a deep cleansing facial mask that detoxifies and oxygenates skin to smooth the appearance of enlarged pores. It accelerates the rejuvenation of damaged skin while stimulating the production of collagen and revitalizing the skin. After application, your skin will feel more hydrated and toned, and look instantly brighter. This product is suitable for all skin types.

Key Ingredients: Rich Loamy Earth is high in trace elements that detoxify to refine skin texture and smooth the appearance of enlarged pores. Marine phytoplankton is an immunostimulant that accelerates the rejuvenation of damaged skin, stimulating the production of collagen and revitalizing the skin. Phospholipids improve skin hydration properties. Chamae Rose supplies antioxidant and anti-inflammatory proanthocyanidins which are beneficial for skin purification, color, tone and elasticity.

Packaging: A weighty opaque black glass jar with a tiny plastic spatula for hygienic dispensing.

Price: $125 for 100 ml/3.4 fl oz

How to Use: Apply a thin layer to clean skin. For normal to dry skin, leave on for up to 10 minutes and up to 30 minutes for oily skin. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. May be used daily or weekly.

My Impressions: This Innarah Defense Masque has a bouncy pudding-like consistency which makes it kind of fun to use. It smells faintly earthy with a velvety feel that applies very smoothly. I find a thin layer is all that's needed for this mask to work. Since my skin is on the dry side, I usually leave it on for a 10 minute span. The mask will usually let me know when time is up as it begins to tingle slightly. It's not an uncomfortable sensation and feels more like impurities are being drawn out. When rinsing it off, it bubbles up slightly on the surface of my skin to indicate the oxygenating action is working. I've been using this mask once a week for three week and it always leaves my skin feeling toned, refreshed, refined and not dry at all. It also looks luminous when I wake up the next morning. This mask is a winner because it gets the job done better than most deep cleansing masks. I think the oxygenating component really takes it to the next level. I would add this to the Innarah Veno Defense Hydrating Treatment Créme and Innarah Line Smoothing Treatment Serum, as Innarah products that have impressed me. I just need to win the lottery so I can continue using them on the regular.

Innarah Defense Masque Oxygenating Masque is available for sale through the Innarah website where you can also learn more about the brand and their full range of products.

Are you using a mask for deep cleansing? How do you like it?

Gosh...I must've admit masking has gone to the wayside for me since I had a major breakout in the summer. Must really get back into it. Thanks for this reminder, Rowena. And Innarah does sound like a great brand.
Have a fab weekend:)

At the moment, I am using only two different detoxifying and deep cleansing masks. But, I am still liking the peter Thomas Roth Irish Moor Mud cleanser as well so far. This Innarah Defense Masque sounds like a lovely addition to your skincare routine. My sister actually sent me some When masks, and I am liking it so far. As for winning the lottery, yes, I could use that one too. :) Happy weekend, Rowena.

It sounds like a lovely face mask. It is great that you're left with the feeling of clean and clear skin. I used to use face masks fairy often, I'm not sure why I stopped. I have a mud face mask somewhere around, a friend gave it to mebut I have yet to try it. Mud masks were ok for me, perhaps because I have oily skin (or used to have anyway, now it is more mixed).... The packaging is gorgeous, I always love the simplicity of black.

Gosh, this mask is really pricey! But at least it works well for your skin. I'd normally leave it longer, since my skin is oily. How cool that it is suitable for both skin types! The pudding-like consistency sounds so cute indeed. Glad to hear you are happy with this product, and I wish you to win the lottery very soon! Enjoy the weekend, Rowena!

I use several different masks for deep cleansing. With my skin being combination oily I can get away with most of them, but the oxygenating part really interest me.

I feel guilty cos I haven't used a mask in forever. My poor face. I love the sound of this one Rowena. My skin is not oily but clay masks don't dry me out excessively either. Great product it seems.

You know I am a face mask addict, therefor sounds like something I must have in my life, although it's a bit pricey, but good skincare always has its price, tho. Happy Sunday, Rowena.

yes, the fox myth is a very interesting one! Yes, I believe it originated from Chinese mythology/folklore and then spread to Japanese and Korean folklore. I think you would like When Fox Is A Thousand, it's an interesting mix of modern and traditional.

I love that it's an oxygenating and detox mask! I bet your skin feels fantastic afterwards Rowena. The oxygenating experience alone would make my skin feel happy! LOL When it bubbles that definitely means it's working.
