Our apartment has been undergoing an ongoing transition for most of 2017. It started at the beginning of the year and ramped up some time after we paid off our mortgage. After a massive declutter, selling off some of our stuff and a reorganization, we are in a mode of updating and upgrading and it may or may not involve some major changes. My husband is in charge of shopping for our new television and we've been making decisions together on other home decor.
1. simplehuman Sensor Mirror Pro
I'm not sure why we need a smart mirror but my husband seems to think that we do.
2. Dyson Hygienic Mist Humidifier
A humidifier is a must for us during the winter months to conquer the dry air but we've become increasingly paranoid about germs and bacteria so we're thinking of upgrading to this one which uses UV light to eliminate 99.9% of bacteria and it's supposed to be super quiet to boot.
3. Liv Smoke Glass Carafe
We keep talking about getting a bedside carafe and it's time to make it happen.
4. Audio Pro Addon C5 Grey WiFi/Wireless Speaker
Looking for a new wireless speaker that combines form and function and this one seems to fit the bill.

We have the opposite problem, living in Germany in a very old house, the air is always pretty humid in itself. Only in winter it gets better, when the heating is on. But the humidifiers do look very pleasing, I like the minimalistic style.

These are great pieces. I use a humidifier but have not tried that Dyson one. I am not coveting much in fashion or beauty, just homeware since we are renovating. That media centre looks very nice and modern.

My husband would agree with your husband and likes smart EVERYTHING! Ooh and the cutting board is adorable!
We're actually thinking about getting a humidifier/air purifier for our bedroom since it gets soooo dry during the winter. The Dyson one looks fantastic! Also love that cutting board you picked out, I'm just thinking what a great photo prop it'll make, haha!
