This is where I talk about some of the beauty products I've been loving lately...

neuLash neuBrow Brow Enhancing Serum
When you overpluck your brows, sometimes they don't grow back. I learned this lesson firsthand the hard way. I've tried many brow growth products with varied success and neuBrow Brow Enhancing Serum has delivered great results. What was once sparse is now almost bushy and I don't have to be paranoid about my right brow anymore. I saw results in just 2 weeks. Contains a dual-weight protein Complex promotes a stronger and healthier feel to your eyebrows to minimize a sparse, thinning look. Biotin, an essential B vitamin, keeps brows protected from further damage. Made with keratin to moisturize and support weak hair fibers, sweet almond protein to create a protective layer, bioengineered peptides, a proprietary combination of amino acids to create the look of flawless brows, biotin to fortify and protect and apple extract to encourage vitality.

neuLASH Lash Enhancing Serum
Thanks to neuLASH Lash Enhancing Serum my lashes have never looked fuller or longer.  And even better they feel healthy and strong.  The nutrient-rich formula contains a proprietary combination of amino acids and bioengineered peptides to strengthen and protect, biotin to fortify,  panthenol to moisturize and improve flexibility and durability and pumpkin seed extract to nourish and thicken lashes. The biggest compliment I got since using this was someone asking me about my mascara when I wasn't wearing any. Yes it is expensive but it is a clean formulation and it works!

The Lotus Essence With Lotus Leaf
Made with 89% lotus leaf extract instead of water, this combination toner and essence harnesses the natural antibiotic power of the lotus leaf to help protect skin from damaging environmental stressors like UV radiation and free radicals as well as to support the skin’s ability to heal itself.  All I know is that when I apply it after washing my face, this essence instantly balances and calms my skin. Also contains niacinamide to minimizes the appearance of dark spots and hyperpigmentation, adenosine to smooth out fine lines and wrinkles and peppermint and sunflower seed to restore hydration. Free from parabens, mineral oils and synthetic dyes. This essence is ideal to apply using the 7 Skin Method. This product has received a Best of Korean Beauty Award from Peach & Lily

Eco Your Skin Vitamin C Boost Powder
My skin has really benefited from the use of Vitamin C so I wanted to keep that going. I was previously using it in serum form but I had read that Vitamin C in powder form can yield better results since it is actually more stable than the liquid form. I've been mixing a tiny amount of this pure Vitamin C powder with my Saturday Skin Freeze Frame Beauty Essence as the first step post toner in my AM skincare routine and I have seen a visible improvement in my skin's overall brightness and clarity.  This requires a little effort but I love that I'm getting a fresh treatment everyday that I can customize to my skin's needs. And I haven't experienced any redness or irritation while using this which is more than I can say for my not so great experience with the Drunk Elephant C Firma Day Serum which I ended up returning.

Lanolips 101 Ointment Multipurpose Superbalm
I love my lip balms and  this multipurpose balm is a recent favorite that always goes where I go. It's made from cruelty-free, all natural sheep lanolin which has a molecular structure that closely resembles and mimics the human body's own skin oils. The dense balm can be used to hydrate dry lips, cuticle, dry skin patches and more. A little goes a long way with this this balm that seals in moisture like no other. It kept dry lips at bay for me all winter long and I also love it as an overnight treatment. Free of artificial fragrance, parabens, petrolatum, mineral oil, sulfates, and phthalates.

Aveda Texture Tonic*
My thick and unruly hair often needs taming and this product works really well to enhance it's natural texture for an effortlessly undone look. I like to use on wet hair for volume and definition or on dry hair to tame flyaways and hold my style in place. It does a great job giving my hair some bounce and smoothing my waves. My husband likes to use it to build texture in his hair after it's dry. This works well for creating faux hawks.

I am super intrigued by the Vitamin C powder! I wonder if I could mix it with my Fresh toner as well. The Neulash sounds fabulous as well. I would love longer, thicker lashes especially since I'm too lazy to use mascara on a daily basis.

I haven't tried any of these, Rowena, but totally adding the Aveda Texture Tonic and the Lotus Essence on my to-try list! I haven't ordered anything from Peach and Lily but I've only heard great things about the site. It seems to have more products than SokoGlam.

yes, sometimes our eyebrows don't grow back. I overplucked mine back in the nineties (when it was trendy), my only excuse is that I was silly and still in elementary school. Today I struggle with eyebrow fall out (due to anemia). That Neulash Neubrow Enchancing Serum sounds like something I could use. Great to know it gave you great results. I could use a bit of help in the brow department.

The Lotus Essance with Lotus leaf sounds amazing too!

I'm a bit early, but...I wish you a fantastic weekend and a happy International Women's day!

I don't mind paying extra as long as the lash and brow serums deliver results. Thank you for the review, Rowena!

Ooo love the packaging for the lip balm. And wow that brow growing serum sounds excellent and surprised it works, I have tried many of these hair growing brow serums and they have not worked. But for $100 it should get results!

Hope you are having a good week so far :) I've lost my voice so not the best week for me, haha! I'm trying to rest up.

I've tried so many lash serums and none of them have worked for me, but I haven't given up hope! Will definitely check out the neuLASH one, especially since you've gotten such great result with it! The Vitamin C powder also sounds interesting, I like that this one doesn't irritate your skin and it's more stable than typical serums. Thanks for sharing!

Rowena, I need to try all of these! HaHaHa Those neuLash products sound amazing. I have some sparse lashes & browse that need that. So glad to hear they work. I knew that Vitamin C in a jar was not as effective as in liquid form, but I didn't know about the powder. I think Philosophy has a Vitamin C in powder form. But their products were always too harsh for my skin. So its good to hear about this one. I've been wanting to try Lanolips! So good to know it's moisturizing. Will give it a go. Great post.
