Holiday Gift Guide, Wellness Gift Guide, Gift Ideas, Holiday Gifts, Wellness Gifts, Beauty Gifts

This gift guide dedicated to beauty and wellness is one that is near and dear to me as I believe these categories go hand in hand. I mean to look good you have to feel good. As with all my other gift guides, I included gift suggestions that range from affordable to luxe and they're all pretty practical and useful as well. There are always some picks which are my personal recommendations that I swear by as well as a few that might also be on my own wish list.  I made a conscious effort to curate beauty products that are vegan and cruelty-free and formulated without any questionable ingredients because that's important to me. Now tell me, which one of these you'd like?

Be sure to check out my other gift guides for gifts under $30 and gifts for the home. Still to come are gifts for him and her.

This nifty three-in-one tool fuses gua sha with modern technology by enhancing facial massage with your choice of pulsing vibrations, detoxifying heat, and collagen-stimulating red LED light. It can be used on a single mode for a targeted treatment, or try all three at once for a multitasking yet potent experience. I bet this can really take a gua sha treatment to the next level.

With a rich cream formulation, this luxurious, renewing face mask utilizes an advanced blend of botanicals to smooth and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles while moisturizing and nourishing dry skin to give the effect of a facial in a jar. It can be used as a regular wash-off mask or as  a more intensive overnight treatment. I've written about my love for this product and how I can always expect to wake up to a more refreshed, toned and luminous complexion when I use it.

These hyaluronic acid-infused cherry-shaped eye and cheek masks add a touch of whimsy as they work to plump and hydrate skin. Would make such a cute stocking stuffer!

This high-powered antioxidant serum with 15% pure vitamin C, 0.5% ferulic acid and vitamin E is a dupe of the cult favorite Skinceuticals C E Ferulic Serum which I have tried and found to be very effective (my full review). It hydrates, brightens and smooths my skin like the Skinceuticals product and is way more affordable at $49 than $169.

I'm a big fan of this organic skin and body care brand that uses high quality, fair trade ingredients. And the packaging is made for displaying. I'm a big fan of Boy Smells candles which are exquisitely scented so I'm sure that is also the case for this hand wash and I want to try it soon.

This hand cream is formulated with anti-bacterial ingredients such as cedarwood along with biasabolol from candeia oil that noticeably protect hands from germs and the impacts of environmental stressors that lead to premature aging. Swathed in a powerful blend of peppermint oil and CBD, these wellness patches can be used to rebound from a tough workout or daily wear and tear. They work by delivering a controlled dose of ingredients directly into the bloodstream, for a soothing experience that you'll feel but not be overwhelmed by. I have recommended this before and I still do. Studies which tested a number of phones for bacteria which showed that every phone was contaminated with over 17,000 bacteria particles and 20 different types of bacteria were identified which is pretty disgusting. This sanitizer/charger kills 99.99% of bacteria with UV-C light. We use this every time we take our phones outside as well as wiping them down with sanitizing wipes regularly.
