Currently Coveting

With fall around the corner, I'm looking at a closet refresh with some staple pieces that I can wear for a long time to come. 

Items acquired from my last wish list: Mandoline Slicer which has made grating veggies so much faster and easier.

1. Everlane Organic Cotton Crew Tee

I recently had to let go of a t-shirt just like this that I had for over 10 years because it had two holes in it. I'm totally going to replace it because it was such a versatile wardrobe staple.

2. Vince Tapered Pull On Pants

These tailored dress pants with discreet pull-on styling will look put together without lacking any comfort. And the claret color is gorgeous.

3. J. Crew Short Sleeve Trimmed Lady Jacket

I love a good tweed jacket because it's such a simple way to elevate any look. This cute, short sleeve cropped style with a swingy fringe hem would look equally amazing paired with jeans or a dress. And it was crafted at a Fair Trade Certified factory that provides additional income and better conditions for the people who work there.

4. J. Crew Ruffle Trim Garçon Shirt

I love the dichotomy of feminine details on this menswear style dress shirt. Plus, it's made with organic cotton grown without chemical fertilizers and pesticides from nongenetically modified seeds.

5. Vince Venice Slngback Flat

Set on a low heel, these sleek slingbacks finished with stretchy straps and a squared-off toe have both contemporary and classic appeal.

Sparkly rhinestones take these charming ballerina flats to the next level. It's always fun to wear an understated outfit with some glitzy shoes.
