I Found An Eye Cream That Delivers Instant Results

There's been a longstanding debate on the necessity of eye cream with some believing that it is integral while others deem it unnecessary. I happen to be a firmly team eye cream and have been using it since my 20's because my mom told me to. If you saw her, you'd understand why I take her skincare advice. HH Science Clinical Strength + Clean Instant Eye Lift is unique because it features anti-glycation ingredients. I've written about glycation here. It doesn't scare me that much since I gave up sugar and really watch what I eat. Sugar consumption triggers the process known as glycation. Glycation occurs when excess sugar in the bloodstream reacts with proteins and fats to produce Advanced Glycation End Products known as AGEs. AGEs break down collagen and elastin that keep skin smooth, firm and elastic and this leads to an increase in the signs of aging like inflammation, wrinkles, sagging skin, age spots and vein conditions. AGEs also degrade the structure of type III collagen causing skin to become less smooth, supple and firm. How To Use

Apply AM/PM after cleansing, gently patting on the orbital bone and the area around the eyes.

My Experience

HH Science Clinical Strength + Instant Eye Lift is creamy white with a luscious velvety texture and no scent whatsoever. It applies smoothly and readily absorbs without any heaviness, leaving my eye area feeing soothed and hydrated. I've been using this eye cream in the morning and evenings for just over a month and I have to say I really like how well it moisturizes and nourishes my eye area which appears smoother, brighter and more refreshed overall. And I noticed a difference after just a few uses. This is a solid eye treatment that works as it claims. I do wish it was packaged in an airless pump though.

It is a little on the pricier side but that wouldn't keep me from using it because of it's efficacy and high quality formulation which doesn't include any ingredients I try to avoid. And anything that is  fragrance-free and cruelty-free gets extra points from me. I did find it a touch rich for this time of year but it will be perfect during the winter months when my eye area needs a little more moisture and TLC. Already planning for a repurchase then.
