Radha Beauty Clearing Serum

Radha Beauty Clearing Serum Review, Natural Skin Serum

Inspired by popular Korean skincare routines, I adopted a multi-step skincare regimen awhile ago. Since it involves layering a number of products. It can be time intensive but I think it's worth it for the results. One crucial step both in the morning and evening for me is a serum. Serums are meant to be applied after cleaning and toning the face and they typically contain key ingredients to address specific skin concerns like dark spots, wrinkles, etc. I switch between a few depending on the season and what my skin happens to needs Radha Beauty Clearing Serum claims to reverse the signs of aging while improving blemished skin and hyper pigmentation.

About the Brand: Radha Beauty is a 100% pure natural oils line and a natural skincare line. They combine high performance with natural and healthy ingredients and partner with earth-loving, women-empowering organizations. Their products use high quality and organic ingredients, are cruelty-free and use eco-friendly packaging.

Product Claims: This multi-tasking serum has sulfur which penetrates and creates elasticity while Niacinamide takes the red out and prevents inflammation that underlies all troubled skin issues. Vitamin C repairs micro scarring, reverses sun damage, provides significant natural sun protection and rapidly creates smooth supple glowing skin. Stealthy superior retinol and salicylic acid unclog pores, speed cellular turn over, and undo the signs of aging skin.

Key Ingredients: A powerful combination of active ingredients including 20% Vitamin C, 2.5% Retinol, 5% Botanical Hyaluronic Acid, 2% Salicylic Acid, 3.5% Niacinamide, Rosehip Seed, Lavender Oil and Tea Tree Oil.

Packaging: A sturdy encased plastic bottle that dispenses the product via a secure metal pump. The bottle is rather big considering it only contains 1 fl. oz. of product.

Price: $21.89 for 1 fl. oz.

Radha Beauty Clearing Serum Review, Natural Skin Serum

My Impressions: I was keen on trying this serum since it is natural and organic with a potent mix of anti-aging ingredients. The serum itself is has a watery consistency which takes a little getting used to as it would run off my hand when I didn't apply quickly enough it to my face. It has an herbal smell which I assumed was from the essential oils. The scent is strong but I didn't really mind it since it's not artificial. One pump of product is enough to cover the face and it absorbs with a matte finish. My skin is sensitive and the first time I used this, I experienced a bit of a tingling sensation. It didn't end up being an issue since it went away and didn't occur with subsequent uses. I found that while this while the skin clearing and smoothing effects of this serum were visible over a period of seven days, it was a little drying on my skin and left me with some peeling and dry patches. I've been balancing this by using richer moisturizers over it. I think this may be less of an issue during the summer months but for now my skin still seems to crave something more nourishing. I'm thinking I will go back to it when my skin is less dry and for now have my husband give it a try since he doesn't have dry skin issues like I do.

Radha Beauty Clearing Serum is available through Amazon and you can learn more about the brand and their line of products on their website.

I'm not using a serum, not yet! I love organic products and I'm really interested about how my skin would like this one! ;-) If I'm not using my skin care products I always gave them to my hubby too! Haha! Thank you for sharing your honest opinion about this skin care, Rowena! Well done! ;-*

Morning Rowena! You know how I love serums and always like to try new ones. It sounds good but dont know if my skin would have the same trouble, as is a bit dry too in some areas. So for me it would be better during the summertime, still preferring something more nourishing for now too. Hope your week is going fine dear, many kisses! xo

This would probably be perfect for my T zone coz it's super oily. I do love serums in general though....such a great skin care invention I think. Just currently using the Olay one.

It sounds like it definitely has potential since it cleared up your skin and made it a little smoother. I really need to find a good serum too! I'll let you know if I find a good one ;)

I saw this serum on BrandBacker too and have been wondering about it. Thank you for the honest review, Rowena. I am naturally dry skin and winter has made my skin veryyyy dry so this serum is a no go for me.

It's great to know this comes from a natural skincare line. It's a pity you weren't blown away by this product, however many seem to lack that vital moisturising quality! As you've said, it may be worth trying again when your skin doesn't feel as dry :) have a lovely week!

Love that it is natural though it sucks that your skin is dry, maybe next time it will work out better :)

I do use a couple of serums in my skincare routine. Mostly two to three times a week. Well, I've not tried this one, so it's nice to hear your thoughts on it, although not for me either. <3

It's a shame about the dry issue, but apart from that it sounds really good.

Hmmm this REALLY sounds good and address three of top concerns, I am allergic to sulfur drugs wonder if I could use this, probably wouldn't matter. But this really sounds like something I would like to try.

I usually just use a moisturizing serum under sunscreen, but judging from the ingredients, it is definitely an overnight treatment. I'm not an expert by any means but some of the active ingredients look possibly clashing (not to each other, but in terms of skin concerns). Having said that, this product still looks very interesting to me. For a serum contains 20% Vitamin C, the price is still a bargain. :)

I have sensitive skin also, so mine would probably react the same way. Just tried a product that didn't work for me but my mom used it just fine. It really depends on what kind of skin you have. It's amazing.

I don't use a serum but am thinking more and more about it......I need to develop a stronger plan to take care of my skin. Some nights I forget to put on eye cream because I am so tired but that is really no excuse as time is ticking and I'm seeing more signs of aging! Thanks for passing this one along buddy! Have a great Thursday! Nicole xo

Hi Rowena! Oh I think I am already familiar with your love for serums. I use an eye serum in the mornings and the evenings after cleansing my face. To be honest, I also noticed that it is drying my skin a little bit. Maybe I need to find a more nourishing product. I would buy the one above only because of the scent! I love herbal smell! And as far as I see, it is not expensive. Have a nice day, Rowena! xo

Ooh, it looks so cool! I use to use a serum when my skin was really dry during the winter, and I loved it! This looks so cool <3

Shame it wasn't that goodl, tho. I have never heard of this brand before. Anyway, I tried several different brands, but none was really working, the best results, if there were any at all, lol, was by Vichy.

I do not have a serum in my routine. I have thought about it several times lately but I am not sure if it is really necessary. I am sorry that it was drying on you.

I've been very lazy about using serum lately so I must get back on it - this one doesn't sound like it would be great on my (dehydrated) skin either,
