I'd Wear That

I'm the type who errs on the side of overdressing rather than underdressing so I tend to be drawn to more tailored pieces in general even though I no longer work in an office. My wardrobe consists of a good number blazers, blouses and trousers. I try to style these types of pieces in a casual way to avoid looking too formal, sometimes going for slouchier oversized fits or more dressed down accessories. This outfit is a perfect example of that and one that I've totally done a version of at some point. Culottes are one of my favorite types of pants because they're super comfy and work well for my body type. I'm 166 cm, short waisted with long legs and built like a boy in the hips. I'm a fan of how this look combines classic components with both tailored and sporty touches for a sense of relaxed sophistication. It would look awesome with tennis shoes as well.

We are in the same position so much office clothes and now what to do with it. I also work from home so this inspire me to select pieces to wear as trend style. Thanks for the inspiration. Have a lovely weekend.

At first glance I did not think this look would appeal to me, but looking at it further I’d like to try and put my spin on it. Have a beautiful day.

I'd wear this - I have more office attire anyway, which is why I hardly wear denim. Contrarily, this is also why I love wearing my dark denim because I usually never get a chance to, due to predominantly wearing tailored attire. Hope you are doing better and have a lovely weekend, Rowena.

I do like the relaxed vibe of this look and how it manages to look both sporty and elegant at the same time. The culottes are gorgeous. They are a great piece to wear in the summer. I really like the striped shirt as well. Cute bag and belt as well.
I tend to like tailored pieces as well and I agree that it is fun dressing them down.
