I'm a big believer in the healing power of sleep and do my best to get in 8 hours every night. I definitely feel more energized, have better focus and am in a better mood when I do. I try to practice good sleep hygiene and follow a consistent pre-bedtime routine that has me in bed by 10:30PM every night. I also believe in maximizing the skin's natural repair cycle during sleep and regularly use a variety of sleeping masks since they're a super easy way to give my skincare routine a little boost. I had such a good experience with the Sulwhasoo Radiance Energy Mask (previously reviewed here) that I decided to try the Sulwhasoo Overnight Vitalizing Mask which I've heard good things about. It has been part of my current routine which includes the iconic Sulwhasoo First Care Activating Serum which I reviewed recently.

Sulwhasoo Overnight Vitalizing Mask is packaged in metallic tinged apricot colored plastic tube with a standup screw top plastic cap. The product is dispensed by squeezing it out.
The Sulwhasoo Overnight Vitalizing Mask is white in appearance with a consistency that is both creamy and silky and a subtle hanbang (herbal) scent that is typical of Sulwhasoo products. It has a lovely texture and absorbs well with a soothing and moisturizing feel that isn't sticky. I've been using this mask as my night cream, layering it over the Sulwhasoo First Care Activating Serum (previously reviewed here) and the Sulwhasoo Concentrated Ginseng Emulsion (previously reviewed here). The hydrating effects are lovely and I consistently wake up with smoother, firmer and brighter skin. With this routine, I have not had any issues with winter dryness at all this year. The recommended usage is 2 -3 times weekly but I ended up using it more just because of the impressive results. And another testament to just how much I love this mask, is that I ended up purchasing another tube before finishing the current one which is something I rarely do but made an exception in this case because it works so well. It compares very favorably to the Sulwhasoo Radiance Energy Mask which I also adore and plan on repurchasing at some point. The Sulwhasoo brand is one that I'm quite fond of and am continually impressed by.

I will check this mask :)
I never heard of this brand until now and I want to try it. Thanks for this detail review.
I am convinced by the importance of sleep as well, but my husband isn’t, which makes me going to bed early enough and not be interrupted in the hour after that near to impossible.
Yes, I believe that proper sleep is vital. I have something by Sulwhasoo that I was given in a gift bag but cannot remember what it is. Thanks for your review, Rowena. I hope you are having a lovely start to March! Will be back blogging soon!
This mask sounds lovely. I like that it is not sticky and it is wonderful it is so moisturizing. I think you buying another package before finishing this one is really the best recommendation a product can have.
Have a nice week ahead!
This sounds so good! So does 8 hours of sleep a night! I'd kill for a decent nights sleep!
