4 Ways To Speed Up Your Morning Beauty Routine

Looking amazing takes time and mots of us probably spend quite a while every morning on our beauty routines. But when you’ve got to get up and get ready for work, you don’t always have the luxury of time. You don’t want to spend half the morning standing in front of the mirror anyway because you’ve got better things to do. So, what do you do? You could just go out without bothering but then you’re not going to get the look that you want. But you can have the best of both worlds because your beauty routine doesn’t have to take hours every morning. These are some ways to speed up your beauty routine.

Change Your Diet
Your diet has a major impact on your skin so if you’re not eating right, you’ll end up spend more time trying to undo the negative effects of what you’re eating. But if you have a good, well balanced diet, your skin will naturally glow and you won’t need to use lots of products to get it to look that way. Sugar is one of the worst things for your skin because it makes you age prematurely. Luckily, if you stop eating so much sugar, you can reverse the effects in just a few days. You also need to make sure to avoid too many fatty and greasy foods because they will give you oily skin and increase your chances of getting acne. Drinking enough water is also important because it will help to keep your skin hydrated and stop it from drying from the inside out.

Laser Hair Removal
Shaving takes up a fair amount of time, especially if you’ve got unwanted hair on your face that you need to get rid of. But you can solve that problem easily and get better results if you have a permanent hair removal procedure. Using lasers, you can remove any unwanted hair over the course of a few sessions so you don’t have to bother shaving anymore.

Invest In A Good Hairdresser
It’s so much easier to get your hair looking great if you start with a good foundation. If you have a bad haircut, it’s going to take a long time and a lot of products to get it looking good. But if you have a professional cut done, it will be a lot simpler to sort your hair out in the morning, so make sure that you’re investing in a good hairdresser and if you aren’t happy with the cut, go somewhere else next time. You should also get advice from your stylist on how to care for and style your hair properly.

Use BB Creams
If you want to save time on your beauty routine, you need to streamline the products that you use. If you’ve got a whole bathroom cabinet filled with products that you’re putting on every morning, it’ll take forever. That’s why multifunctional BB creams are so great. They combine moisturizing, SPF, healing properties, and blemish covering in one single cream so, instead of using 4 different creams, you only have to use one.

These are all simple ways to speed up your beauty routine so you can spend your time doing better things.

Great out of the box tips here! I have been wanting to do laser hair removal for a while now but it is a bit pricy.

I try to eat healthy and I take anti-oxidants though also to keep colds at bag...

Great tips Rowena. Diet plays a major part in how I skin looks. I try to change my diet especially during the Summer. I have combination skin, but during the Summer my skin tends to be more oily.

What we eat certainly affects our skin and hair, actually. I am looking forward to the warmer months and seasonal fruits & other produce!
I hope your week is going well!
