1. Turn Down The Heat

Oh my gosh, chingu! I seriously need to do some major changes in my hair routine, as I've been really neglecting it:( These are all great tips. I try to really do give my hair a break but the bleaching is really super harsh and just something I've lived with for a long time. The deep conditioning is such a must!

So many great hair tips Rowena! I sometimes forget to use a cotton tshirt to dry my hair, but it does make a difference! I also use low heat when I use a blow dryer to dry my hair!
