Eye Candy : Song Hye Kyo For Vogue

Song Hye Kyo is a magnificent vision against the backdrop of a picturesque Seoul sunrise on the cover of Vogue Korea's September  issue. The headline "New Beginnings" could refer to the new day ahead of the sunrise or what lies ahead for the beautiful actress which is a roster of new projects. After recently completing the drama Now, We Are Breaking Up opposite Jang Ki Yong, Hye Kyo will reunite with Descendants of the Sun screenwriter Kim Eun Sook for the revenge drama The Glory and she has also reportedly signed on to a mystery thriller helmed by DOTS director Lee Eung Bok.

The September issue of Vogue around the world was aligned by a common theme with each cover model photographed at daybreak in front of a symbolic sunrise leading to new beginnings. The initiative unites all 27 editions of Vogue, to look ahead to a post-pandemic world with an optimistic message of hope of coming together before  embarking on a new journey.

Hye Kyo models an array of styles from Kim Jones first collection as the new creative director of Fendi. A global ambassador for the Italian luxury fashion house, she wears the structured yet minimal looks as well as the dramatic flowy silhouettes with a striking sense of command punctuated by a soft feminism.  Her fresh faced beauty and youthful complexion shines through the subtle barely there makeup in this editorial though the few looks with more dramatic placements of blush make quite a bold statement.
